Brighton perhaps? But the building appears to be flying the Red Cross. The scratches on the right of the picture that look like bushes are really the deliberate obscuring of canons. There was also a canon on the pavement which has been obscured. If this was a hospital why was it being protected by canons? Why has this picture been censored? Jonathan Brind, June 2008.
