A BID to challenge the rate set by Hammersmith and Fulham Council was adjourned in the High Court on Monday, to await the outcome of two earlier cases.
The newly-formed West London Ratepayers' Action Group is trying to quash the Labour-controlled borough's 49.6 per cent rate increase resolution.
But a decision was postponed pending hearing of ratepayers' applications in Waltham Forest and Ealing.
Waltham Forest ratepayers have been granted a review of their 62 per cent increase. Ealing residents are to appeal after their application was refused.
