Confidential: My pay goes up again!
Following our meeting last week I confirm an increase in your salary to £34,000 commencing from 1st October 2003. I am considering your recommendation for Arianne and confirm that you can inform her we have discussed on her behalf and she will enjoy a salary increment of £1,000 per annum commencing 1st January 2004. This is premature in terms of date and down to your own approach and of course Arianne's diligence in working with you. What we must bear in mind is that Arianne has alredy enjoyed a 25% increase in her salary during her first year here at Unity. In your own case I ask you to remain confidential.
