Signed, sealed but not delivered...
This is what I posted on Fb on this date: I have sold my flat. Anyone got a tent I can move into? In retrospect this looks like yet another aspect of the harassment campaign that was run against me by malevolent actors. However, after the economic crash of 2008 the British housing market was in the doldrums for some years and properties with a dodgy lease (such as 519 Lea Bridge Road) might have been caught up in that economic crisis. That said, it did not seem to be difficult to get an agreement to sell the three bedroom flat for what was a knock down, bargain price. What was difficult was translating that into actual cash.
