Altercation in Lea Bridge Rd. Screaming woman and youngish guy (in his 20s) running. Gave chase. When I caught him (I run quite a lot) he sprayed my eyes with a pepper spray. Hurt like billyoo about half an hour later. But a pepper spray? What happened to the good, old fashioned British underworld weapons of guns and knives?!
