A weird world. Since March I've been trying to get a permit to park my car in its usual spot (a controlled zone during the Olympics). I've emailed and phoned several times but got no response. I decided to spend all day today getting the permit, only to find one had already been issued but they hadn't told me. Can I trust them or will I get a fine if I continue to park there?
