The bloke at the back seems to be taller than the camels, which seems wrong to me. The image comes from the Black Obelisk of Shalmaneser (about 827 BC) and this section relates to attendants bringing tribute from Musri, though they don't seem to know where that might be (possibly eastern Iran).
