Mystery of Frank Brown
I have been making a video about a guy called Frank Brown. He's had a very colourful life. For example he was a police officer working in the Obscene Publications Squad, when that organisation was judged to be so corrupt it was closed down... He's been phoning me about twice a day for more than a month (apart from a couple of days when he was arrested on a ridiculous charge). I haven't heard from him since yesterday morning and he failed to make an appointment at 2pm yesterday.
