This is a mental health officer from Orkneys explaining that Frank Brown is being held for 72 hours because he was 'elated' and someone had threatened him. She doesn't seem to be able to explain why it isn't the person/ people who threatened being held. http://youtu.be/O40zckM93E0

I've just sent this to Orkney Council via the link on its web site: Frank Brown is being held against his will at Balfour Hospital, Kirkwall. I've been phoned by a woman who said her name was Diana Hoard who described herself as a Mental Health Officer. She said Frank had been sectioned for investigation for 72 hours because he was 'elated' and had been threatened. When I asked if the people who had threatened him might not be better ones to section she didn't seem able to respond. Is this woman properly qualified: what are her qualifications? Frank has never flown and is terrified of flying. If you send him by air ambulance to Aberdeen you will be causing him grave risk.

Frank Brown, the guy I've been making a documentary with, has been detained by the police again. He is currently in Balfour Hospital in Orkney where he has been told he is being held under a 72 hour detention order under the mental health acts. He has been told he will be flown by air ambulance to Aberdeen for psychological assessment. He's told them he has never flown in his life and will pay to travel handcuffed on a ferry to Aberdeen, but they have said no they will do it their way. He's been told he will be medicated if that's what it takes to get him on the helicopter. He has been drinking alcohol so this would be dangerous.
