Talk to nearly anyone of a certain age about Kew Gardens and the first thing they will tell you is that they remember when you could get in for one old penny (about a half pence in today's money). Yet Kew is a remarkable place, well worth visiting despite the fairly large chunk of money they demand these days, even on a grey, miserable day like this one.	Click for next image.
