Just been to the Sweatshop in Maidstone to pick up my prize for being the Parkrunner of the month. The Great Lines parkrun is not only free to participate in; they also give you stuff. The shoes are quite wonderful and will come in very useful for my outings with Rebel Runners - Medway, a group that pounds the pavements which tends to be hard on the knees. Asics Gel should protect my bones (I hope).
