Not guilty but sentenced anyway
		I have spent most of today in court with Frank, the guy who has the most extraordinary things to say about what was going on in children's homes in the 1980s and 1990s. Frank was accused of harassment of his own daughter, a ludicrous and absurd charge. The court found him not guilty. . Result? Well, not really. He was still ordered not to contact his daughter in future even though he was an innocent man and the court had not heard a single word from his daughter to suggest that she objected to him attempting to contact her.
