Widely regarded as an old fashioned brand, Tories R' Us did not appear to be able to keep up with the fast changing political landscape.
In recent months it had been dashing about in an ever more desperate manner, propping itself up by making a deal with crackpots from the kingdom that time forgot and even managing to botch a senior management reshuffle.
"Few people will miss Tories R' Us," said an analyst, "since the brand had run out of ideas and seemed to be a relic from a byegone age."
