Some may believe that internet corporations avoid taxes in Europe but pay substantial amounts in the USA. This is not always the case. Amazon has just revealed that on profits of $11 billion dollars it will pay the American national tax collection authority the princely sum of zero dollars. This is the second year in a row that Amazon's tax bill has been nothing at all. See Bloomberg Politics,
