The concensus at the time was that it was the Eye of Horus, the symbol of protection and good health. However, it also seems to have a camera attached.

I posted this on Facebook on July 16, 2019: Anyone know what this is? There are a couple of them around Great Lines. It looks like a barbecue but I doubt it. They are in chalk but have been here a while so they must be being refreshed."
