There's some kind of drama being played out in my garden. For several days a dog fox has been hanging about, obviously taking an interest in the vixen who lives in my garden. But there's no dog fox tonight, only this cat, clearly on patrol outside the fox holes. Now I'm no great believer in the stories of cats being terrorised by foxes but if that dog fox came back it could easily have the cat for breakfast. So what's the cat doing?
