| Tories prepare for an election | ||
| It's interesting that the Government seems to be picking up the slack by moving to a further fiscal stimulus as the Bank of England prepares to tighten monetary policy.
Expect an election before the inevitable crash. Autumn next year seems probable, though it might even be spring if Covid doesn't kill too many people this winter. Since it is hard to believe that Labour is going to be in any shape to win an election next year, the only hope is a Green victory and right now that seems implausible. If the Tories do win, God help us in 2023.. | ||
