This is Andry Alexander, who runs Red Bay Jerk Stand. It's not the biggest jerk stand in the Caymans but it is very impressive. He started running it 11 years ago because he's a foodie and loves to socialise and the stand is very popular, especially with the local Jamaicans. "Friday is the day for jerk, coming home that's a treat," he said. It certainly is good food.	Click to see next image
