May 3, 2023INDEX For about 15 years I have been the victim of an harassment campaign, and this continues unabated. One of the things they do is prevent me from having a normal life by interrupting payments I try to make over the internet.

From time to time they have also blocked my attempts to log into various software packages (Twitter is a recent example). Because they seem to be able to stop communication between myself and my bankers (Nationwide) I have been trying lately to use PayPal.

I have had some success sending money to PayPal and even bought something using the service. But this is clearly not to the liking of the childish people who hack my devices.

This afternoon I had an extraordinary experience. I went through a loop at least 11 times filling in my email address, Paypal password and then giving a code sent to my mobile phone.

Each loop took about five minutes so the whole thing lasted from 13:26 till 14:10. Each time when I filled in everything required I got the response you can see below.

Each time it just took me back to square one.

Harassment is a criminal offence but there appears to be nothing you can do about extra judicial punishment (which is what this is) when it is a government agency that is doing it.
