For 15 years the spooks have been conducting a campaign of harassment against me. People often want to know what they are NOT supposed to know and the deception agencies (MI5, MI6, GCHQ etc) went to a great deal of trouble to stop you seeing this. The subject is harassment by the state. I would call it torture or extra judicial punishment.
