1) Retention of the allotments on Marsh Lane Fields
2) Replacement of the hideous warehousing and distribution plants on the former Grade 1 site of ecological importance on former gas works site
3) Linking the Freight Road (Orient Way) via a new road at the back of Clementina Road between Perth and Seymour roads and putting high-rise housing on covenanted Lammas Land at Seymour Fields behind the Clementina Road south side gardens.
