Countryside Live is a show that's been held on Porter's Field a number of times. See pictures of the 2011 show. In 2012 it was held on the golf course, clearly because Porters Field was appropriated by the Olympics. Little damage was done to the golf course by the Olympic campers and it would have been perfectly possible for it to re-open as soon as the camp site disappeared (August 18, 2012). Clearly there was a secret agenda when LVRPA told us at the user forum that it would take months to restore. | | Click to see photos of show. |
