Essex Wharf settlement nears?

Lea Valley Federation has received what it describes as a cautiously-worded letter from the Chair of LVRPA in which he stated:

"In respect of the 'agreement' with LB Waltham Forest following the Authority's challenge to their decision to grant planning permission for the scheme at Essex Wharf. Agreement has been reached between the parties which in addition to LBWF also included the "Interested Parties". The final Consent Order is waiting to be placed before a Judge at the High Court. The Authority is expecting to hear from the Court office within the next couple of weeks." [Dated 3 July 2012.]

LVF still (August 12, 2012) has no firm details about the ongoing legal situation relating to the development of Essex Wharf. LVF says it will let us know more as soon as LVF receives news.
