The excavated soil is being treated as contaminated and the ODA have now received the required permissions from LB Waltham Forrest to remove it from site which will start to take place this week. The Authority has reviewed all the necessary method statements associated with the removal of this over its land and are happy for the ODA to progress with the works. With all the relevant multi agency permissions required the Authority is happy that this has been dealt with in the appropriate timeframe.
