In the name of God amen the 20th day of March in the year of the favour of our sovereign Lord .. Anno ... 1635 I Anne Breind of Westrop in the parish of Highworth in County of Wilts do .... though weak in body yet (I thank my God of good and perfect memory do make and declare my last will and testament in manner and form following ..........I commend my soul unto the hands of Almighty God my maker and redeemer and body to be buried in the parish churchyard of Highworth aforesaid Item I give unto the children of my brother John Breind five shillings a piece Item I give unto Hellen Breind the daughter of my brother William Breind sixteen shillings Item I give John Breind the son of my said brother William Breind sixteen shillings Item I give Edith Breind the daughter of my brother William Breind sixteen shillings Item I give and bequeath to Anne Breind the eldest daughter of my brother William Breind (whom I make my sole executor) all and all manner of my goods and chattels moveable and unmovable body beer dads and debts and all other things that shall appear to be due and oweing but ...payd....the above ........ legacies and I do make and ordain my brother William Breind and William Munday of Marston ...the overseer of this my last will and testament.
