This is the last will and testament of me William Brind
of Malmesbury in the County of Wilts Yeoman and one of the
Capital Burgesses of the said Borough who being of sound
mind memory and understanding do make publish and
declare the same in manner and form following (that is to say)
first I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named
within twelve months next after my decease I give and
devise unto my son Benjamin All that my freehold
Messuage or Tenement Garden and premises situate lying and
being in the High Street in Malmsbury aforesaid with the
Appurtenances thereunto belonging and now in the occupation
of George Russell Taylor To hold to my said son Benjamin
his Heirs and Assigns for ever I also give and bequeath unto
my said son Benjamin All that my Messuage or Tenement
Garden and premises wherein I now reside and dwell with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging which said Messuage
or Tenement and premises are now held by me under the
Alderman and Capital Burgesses of the Borough of
Malmsbury aforesaid to hold to my said son Benjamin his
Executors Administrators and Assigns for and ???? all
the Rest resident and remainder of the Estate Term and
Interest of in and to the same I give and bequeath to my
Daughters Mary the wife of Thomas Bick Sarah and Martha
the sum of fifty pounds each to be paid them within
Twelve Months next after by Decease by my Executor
