Olympics traffic plan    The key says the Lea towpath (possibly from Lea Bridge Road to Ruckholt Road, it's hard to tell) is going to be shut from July 3 to September 10. The key has an illustration of a recommended spectator walking route, but there doesn't actually seem to be any in the map. See photo of towpath barricade at Hackney Wick.
