Childish hackers block me from swimming

What happens is that a pink pop up appears on the screen informing me that for some crazy reason (always a lie) that I am denied the right to book. The website is now the only way to book swimming sessions, which I have to do even though I am a season ticket holder. So what I do is send a screen grab showing what has happened to reception at the pool and ask if they will book the ticket for me (which they always do).
However, today the hackers went one step further and stopped my ability to add the screen grab to my email. Whilst you may think this all childish, petty and vindictive (and I would agree) I would remind you that you are paying for this with your taxes.
