Probably the Common Bluetail damselfly (this one looks like Enallagma cyathigerum but there may also be Ischnura heterosticta/Ischnura elegans) photographed on Coppermill Lane. Some years these are seen surprisingly frequently on Lea Marshes. The damselfly differs from the dragonfly in that it only has one set or wings (instead of two).
