| Forbidding gates between the ice rink car park and the Sandy Path. If the marina bin enclosure was on the Coppermill Lane side of the cattle creep, or the level crossing was re-opened for bin collection, Lea Marsh could be completely closed to vehicular traffic and gates like this would be unnecessary.
