I think he fits into the William and Mary Pitman line. By the way in "Family Search" she is named as Mary Foilman married William 12 Aug 1672 (also four children). Robert, my son asked what program do ou use to make your family tree that you sent me a few years ago. Perhaps I'll get him interested in family history yet. | This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Brind of Highworth in the county of Wilts widow which I make publish and declare in the manner and form following (that is to say) I will and ... my just debts funeral expenses and testamentary charges to be in the first place fully satisfied and paid I give and bequeath the five hundred and seventy eight pounds consolidated long annuities or any other stock now standing in my name in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England unto my six children John Charles Thomas Edward Ann and Fanny the same or the produce thereof to be equally divided between my said six children as tenants in common and not as joint tenants Also I give unto my daughter Ann my bed bedding and bedstead and unto both my Daughters equally my ready money and clothes And as to all the RESIDUE of my personal estate and effects I give and bequeath the same unto all my said children share and share alike And I appoint my said two Daughters joint ????? of this my last will and lastly I do hereby revoke all my former wills and testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five-- the mark-- of Sarah Brind-- Signed sealed and published declared by the said Sarah Brind the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her ?????? and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses-- Wm Crowdy of Highworth John Hartley his clerk// |
