In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Brind of Aldbourne in the County of Wilts shepherd being in good health and of sound mind and memory praised be almighty God for the same do make this my last will and testament in form following (that is to say). First I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the merits death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon & forgiveness of all my sin and to inherit everlasting life and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named. And as touching my temporal effects I give and dispose of the same as follows. First my will is that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid and discharged and do hereby charge my personal estate with the payment of the same. Also I give and bequeath unto my dutiful daughter Ann Bucher the sum of one shilling. Item I give and bequeath unto my dutiful daughter Eleanor Burch the sum of ten shillings. Item I give and bequeath unto my dutiful daughter Mary Nue the sum of ten shillings. All the rest of my goods chattels, debts, effects, estate both real and personal that I shall die possessed of interested in I give and bequeath unto my dutiful son Thomas Brind of Albourn aforesaid shepherd whom I make full and sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and making void all former wills and testaments before by me made. In witness whereof I the said Thomas Brind have here unto put my hand and seal this third day of March in the year of Our Lord God 1736 publishing and declaring this to be my last will and testament.
