I have a copy of this doc. It is very likely that Bartholomew was the son of this John,as in addition he named one of his sons John - bapt 15 mar 1655/56 at Wroughton.

In the name of God, Amen, I John Brind of Wroughton in the county of Wilts; yeoman, John being in good health of body and of sound and perfect mind and memory, praise be therefore given to Almighty God, do make and ordain this my present last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) first and primarily I commend my soul into the hands of Allmighty God, hoping through the merits, death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to hand full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life; And my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors hereinafter named. And as touching the disposion of all such temporal estates as it hath pleased Allmighty God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose thereof as followeth. First I will that my bills and funeral charges all be paid and discharged.

I give to my grandsonne George Brind two table boards out in the hall and the others in kitchen and filltrough in the Buttery. And two boards of ***cover** and those in the furthest loft and one bedstead in the same room, three bedsteads more in the chambers over the hall with cords and matts now belongs to him. The boards in the cheese loft and the rack and the things that holes?. The boards, a rick staddle the tallots (old English for loft) over the stable and the cowhouse to stand as I shall want it.

I give to my brother Edmund of Ogbourne two shillings and sixp a quarter to be paid to him quarterly as long as he doth **** after my daughter and Susanna Tuck (or Turk) is to pay this.All the rest and residue of my personal estate goods and chattels, whatsoever I do give and bequeath unto my loving Joane, daughters, Dorothy Hobbs, Susanna Tuck and Martha Brind as full and sole executrix of this my last will and testament. And I do hereby revoke, disannul and make void all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I the said John Brind to this my last will and Testament have set my hand and seal the one and twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord God 1670.
