Aug 27, 1685.

Mr Dier

My service presented to you. This is to desire you to do what favour you can to the bearer, he being the brother to Elizabeth Bayley widdow of Edward. Now there is a Caveat entered by Anthony Bayley brother of ye deceased. The widdow do desire to have letters of Adminstration now. My request is that this business may be done at the next visitations at Highworth.

This from your Servant- Henry Brind. This for Theo Philow Dier, Near the Three Bridges, Sarum.
