harmless in the Execution or the trust hereby in him reposed and shall and may
reimburse to himself and themselves bu and out of the said trust estate and
effects or any part thereof all such costs cherges damages and expenses
as he or any of them shall or may pay bear sustain or be put into in or
about the same And lastly I do hereby make nominate and appoint
my said brother Joseph Brind full and sole executor in trust of this my
last will and testament and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me
made in Witness whereof I have to this my said will set my hand and
