Hi Jonathan
I have recently acquired the will of Ann Brind 1740-1792. She was the daughter of Walter Brind and Mary Hughes and there is a memorial plaque to her in Liddington Church. She was a spinster and it confirms that her twin sister Mary married John Merrifield of Overton, Wiltshire and also indicates that her older sister Mary born 1728, married an Unknown Phelps. I can't find a definite record of their wedding. Hope that is of interest Peter |
