Think I'm related to John and Elizabeth Ann (Smale) Brind . The latter person hailed from Sheepwash, not Sheepware, in Devon. Does this info' ring any bells? My grandfather was Mark George Brind, brother to William John Brind, both of whom emigrated for a time to Canada before enlisting in the Canadian army and returning to fight in WW 1. Louisa and william moved to BRANTFORD, ONTARIO. Their attestation papers are viewable on Archivianet. Keep up the good work, Steve |
